As many of you know I am a
very proud and happy aunt to twins. They are hilarious and precocious and love
"Annie's" baking. This Halloween I wanted to make something for them
that was not only delicious, but also easy to make with them and ghoulishly
fun!
Halloween Pumpkin Patch
1 package Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 12 oz container of Cool Whip -
or Homemade Whipped Cream
1 Package Chocolate Sandwich
Cookies (like Oreo or Hydrox)
2 Cups Cold Milk
12 Miniature Gummy Worms
30 Mallow pumpkins
Time: 30 Minutes
Active Time: 30 Minutes
Servings: 12
Directions:
Pour the milk into a medium bowl
and add the pudding mix. Whisk until fully combined. Fold in the cool whip or
whipped cream and place in the refrigerator until ready to use. Put the
sandwich cookies into a medium size ziplock bag and crush them (a great job for
your kids!) or place in a food processor and pulse for a couple of seconds
until they look like fine dirt. Take 12 clear plastic cups and fill the bottom
with 1/4 inch of cookie crumbs. Fill the cup 1/4 of the way with pudding and
alternate until the cup is filled 3/4 of the way and end with the “dirt.”. Decorate
with mini gummy worm and mallow pumpkins. Place in the refrigerator until ready
to serve.
Yes, it is really that easy!
