I love a sensible ice cream treat. I absolutely can not get through the warm weather without indulging in a frosty dessert with sprinkles. Here is a healthy and fantastic alternative to conventional ice cream. No guilt here!
Strawberry "Frozen Yogurt"
Active Time: 7 Minutes
In Active Prep Time: 1 Hour
Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 Bag of Frozen Strawberries Slightly Thawed
1/4 Cup of Honey (I prefer it a little less sweet & use 3 Tbsp)
1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
4 Tbsp Milk (Non Dairy Milk works too)
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and mix on high until the mixture is combined and smooth - like soft serve. Pour the frozen yogurt into a plastic container, cover with plastic wrap directly onto the yogurt. Freeze for an hour and serve!
