Halva Good Time! (Dark Chocolate Tahini Brownies)

I love the combination of chocolate and creamy, savory sesame tahini. It is sort of the perfect marriage. I rarely lead you astray so trust me when I say this is wicked delicious!

Chocolate Tahini Brownies

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Active Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Servings: 24 Brownie Bites

Ingredients
10 Tbsp Butter - melted
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Cup Dark Cocoa
1 1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 Cup Tahini
Sea Salt for Garnish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Mix the butter, cocoa, and sugar in a large bowl. Add the vanilla and one egg. Stir completely. Add the second egg and stir until entirely incorporated. Add the salt and the flour and stir until just combined. Pour the brownie batter into a parchment lined 8x8 pan. In a small bowl combine the tahini, brown sugar, and egg. Whisk together until entirely incorporated. Take tablespoon dollops of tahini mixture across the brownie batter. Use a chop stick to swirl the brownie and tahini mixture until you get a design that you like. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs - you want them to still be moist! Sprinkle Sea Salt onto the brownies while they are still warm. Allow the brownies to cool. Cut and serve!
