Ingredients
2 Peaches4 Bananas peeled, quartered and frozen
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
3 Tbsp Turbinado Sugar
Granola
Directions:
1. Make Ahead: Peel and quarter 4 bananas and place in a sealed container and put them in the freezer. If making that day wait about 60 minutes before making recipe.
2. Take the bananas out of the freezer and let them thaw for about five minutes.
3. Put banana pieces into the bowl of your food processor or blender and mix until totally smooth and the bananas have a soft serve consistency.
4. Pour the "ice cream" into a bowl or a tupperware container and place in the freezer until you are ready to use.
5. Meanwhile heat a grill pan on medium high heat, and put 2 tablespoons of butter on the pan and melt until it start to turn brown.
6. Cut the peaches in half, remove the pit, and place the peaches face down on the grill pan, and heat for 5 minutes until dark grill marks are created.
7. Rotate the peaches by 90 degrees and grill for another 3 minutes.
8. Take them off the of the heat, place them on a plate, and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
9. Let the peaches cool for about 5-10 minutes, scoop ice cream, and sprinkle with granola and more turbinado sugar and serve!
