What's Shakin' (Double Chocolate Cookie Milkshake)

Over the summer The Professor and I ate ice cream every. single. day. EVERY day. I am not even exaggerating. As an incredible gift at the end of the summer, The Professor got us a subscription to an ice cream of the month club. Which means I am looking for new and different ways to make ice cream even more delicious. This one is for The Prof.
