Like a Light Bulb! (Chocolate Covered Oreo Reindeer)

I am the aunt of twins. They are hilarious and so fun. I am always trying to find ways to spoil and amuse them. So for this Christmas I am making little reindeer cookies that they can have and can leave some out for Santa and his crew. They are no bake, super easy to make, and even more fun to make with the munchkins in your life!

Chocolate Covered Oreo Reindeer

Time:  1 Hour 30 Minutes
Inactive Time: 1 Hour
Servings: 18 Reindeer

18 Oreo Cookies (any flavor you like)
2 Cups Chocolate Chips (I prefer dark chocolate)
1 tsp Coconut Oil
36 Mini Pretzels
18 Red M & M's
36 Candy Eyes (or white dregees)

Directions:
Pour the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave and heat on high at 30 second increments until entirely melted - not more than 1 minute. Mix the chocolate together and dip one Oreo at a time. Pull the cookie out with a fork and scrape off the excess chocolate. Place the Oreo on cooling rack with parchment underneath. Dip the bottom tips of the pretzels in chocolate and attach to the back of the cookie. Then place the eyes and the M&M. Repeat. Place in the refrigerator to set and serve!
