Simply Cheesy (Baked Brie with Honey Cranberry Compote and Rosemary)

Cranberries run in my veins. A holiday meal without cranberries is basically unheard of in my house. I thought I would take a departure from my regular cranberry confections and really go over the top with this delicious take on baked brie.

Baked Brie with Honey Cranberry Compote and Rosemary

Ingredients

1 Wheel of Brie or Camambert
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Cranberries
1 tsp Orange Zest
2 Tbsp Honey
Rosemary

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375. Pour the cranberries, orange zest, and honey into a small saucepan and cook over medium/low heat until the cranberries pop. Approximately 10 minutes. Meanwhile, poke small holes in the top of the brie and place springs of rosemary in them. Place the wheel of brie in a small cast iron pan or a small baking dish and set aside. When the cranberries are soft neatly pour the cranberry compote over the brie and place in the oven for 8 - 10 minutes. Take the brie out of the oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or a fresh baguette.
