Supa Bowl! (Nutter Butter Referees)

I come from a football family. My father was an NCAA football referee for 25 years. PLUS I am from Boston and I have seen the football franchise in my home state go from zero to hero over the last decade and it has been nothing but spectacular. This is the perfect game day treat and a shout out to my Dad. Plus! they are a blast to make with your little ones.

Nutter Butter Referees

Active Time: 30 Minutes
Total Time: 2 Hours
Servings: 12 Referees

Ingredients
12 Nutter Butters
8 oz White Chocolate
8 oz Dark Chocolate
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
24 Candy Eyes

Directions
Pour both the white and dark chocolate into separate microwave safe bowls and melt on high for 30 seconds. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in each bowl of chocolate and stir until smooth. Pour the dark chocolate into a a pastry bag, or a ziplock bag and set aside. Dip the nutter butter into the white chocolate halfway and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Use a chop stick to put white chocolate on the bag of the candy eyes and place on the cookies. Place the cookies in the freezer and let the white chocolate set for about 5 minutes. Cut a small hole in the dark chocolate pastry bag. When the white chocolate has set, use the dark chocolate to draw the referee stripes, hair and mouth. Let the chocolate set and serve!
