Besitos (Dark Chocolate Espresso Brownies)

I am obsessed with these brownies! I love them so much that I have use heart-shaped cookie cutters to make bite-sized treats. I suppose they are my version of kisses. Perfect for all of the loved ones in your life. 

Dark Chocolate Espresso Brownies

Servings: 24 Brownie Bites

Ingredients
10 Tbsp Butter - melted
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/2 Cup Dark Cocoa
1 1/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Strong Coffee
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Flour
Sea Salt for Garnish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Mix the butter, cocoa, and sugar in a large bowl. Add the vanilla and one egg. Stir completely. Add the second egg and stir until entirely incorporated. Add the salt and the flour and stir until just combined. Pour the brownie batter into a parchment lined 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs - you want them to still be moist! Allow the brownies to cool. Use a small heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out brownie bites and serve.
