Ice Cube Tray Cookie Butter Bon Bons
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips - Melted
4 Tbsp Speculoos (Cookie Butter)
Directions
Spray the ice cube tray with cooking spray and set aside. Pour the chocolate chip in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Spoon the chocolate into the bottom and along the sides. Add a heaping teaspoon of the cookie butter in each cube and then cover with remaining chocolate. Place the ice cube tray in the freezer and let it set for at least 30 minutes before serving. Yes, it is that easy!
**You can make these with peanut butter, marshmallows, granola - really anything you want!
