Paloma (Grapefruit and Tequila Popsicles)

This summer is all about Paloma. Not the person. The cocktail. So why not make it into a popsicle? I mean...seriously.

Grapefruit and Tequila Popsicle



















Ingredients
2 1/2 Cups Spindrift Grapefruit Soda
1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Tequila
1/2 Cup Sugar

Directions:
In a small saucepan combine the the sugar and water and cook over medium heat until it reaches a simmer. Take off the heat and cool. In a pitcher combine the soda, lime juice, water, tequila, and simple syrup. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for at least 12 hours before serving.
