After discovering that I could make deliciously decadent fudge without a double boiler I am in a MEGA fudge phase. Orange and dark chocolate are a marriage made in holiday heaven so fire that microwave and start making never-fail, no-bake fudge. Huzzah!
Orange Infused Dark Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
24 Oz Dark Chocolate Chips
1 14 Oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
Zest of One Orange
Sea Salt for Garnish
Directions:
Line and 8x8 pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside. Put all of the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and place in the microwave on high at 30 second increments until the chocolate is melted, creamy, and glossy. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan and put it in the refrigerator to set. About 30 minutes in sprinkle the sea salt over the top and let it set for another 90 minutes. Cut and serve!
