Oreos are pretty perfect no? They are amazing to eat with milk, dunked in milk, as crusts for tarts, and now mousse! This is going to be your easy, go to, no bake dessert.
Oreo Mousse
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Servings: 2 Large Servings, 4 Small Servings
Ingredients
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Cup Oreos Crushed
1/3 Cup Confectioners Sugar
Instructions
1. Pour the heavy whipping cream into a the (cold) bowl of a mixer.
2. Beat on high with the whisk attachment until it reaches soft peaks.
3. Pour in the crushed oreos and confectioners sugar and whisk on high until stiff peaks form.
4. Pour into serving bowls and serve topped with whipped cream, or pour into a storage container. Place plastic wrap onto the mousse (so it is touching the mousse) and then cover with top. Store for up to 3 days.
