Trick or Treat Yo' Self (Double Chocolate Chip Cookies with Reeses Pieces and Candy Eyeballs)

Since most kids won't be Trick or Treating this year I wanted to come up with fun, kid-friendly DIY treats for parents to do with their kids. It is a series of fun, easy, and spooky desserts that can be made while being homeschooled.
