Prep Time: 10 min
Inactive Time: 24 Hours
Servings:

3 Bananas – peeled and cut in half
8 oz of Chocolate of your choice
1 cup of chopped walnuts, almonds, peanuts, coconut, or sprinkles

Directions:

1. Peel your bananas and cut them in half

2.  Put a popsicle stick in the fat end and set aside.

3. Place the chocolate in a heat-safe bowl and put it in the microwave on HI in 30 second increments for up to 1 minutes, or until melted. (It should be glossy and smooth).

4. Pour the melted chocolate into a large glass like a stein.

5. Dip your bananas into the melted chocolate and hold over the glass to remove the excess chocolate.

6. Sprinkle your favorite toppings around all sides of the banana and place it on a parchment lined baking sheet.

7. When all of the bananas are decorated, put the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 60 minutes, or up to 24 hours.

8. Serve frozen - they can also be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

9. Enjoy!
