I am late for EVERYTHING. I am serious. I am the girl who is running out the door in a tear, hair flying every which way, hoping I arrive to my destination in time. No matter how much lead time I give myself I am late 95% of the time. What is it they say? "The road to hell is paved with good intentions."
Because I am always late, I never have time for breakfast, which we know if the most important meal of the day. So I had to find a way to get my breakfast in without cooking. I mean this recipe is even easier than making a smoothie!
