1 Egg
1 tsp Water
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. On a clean, lightly floured surface carefully roll out the puff pastry. Cut 3x5 rectangles (use a ruler) and place them on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Layer 1 tablespoon of each leftover in the following order: mashed potatoes, stuffing, butternut squash, turkey (I like a mix of light and dark meat), and cranberry sauce. Beat the egg and water together and use the egg wash on the corners of the pastry. Top it with another rectangle of puff pastry and use a fork to crimp the edges. Poke holes in the top of the tarts and egg wash the top, and repeat until you have at least 8 pop tarts. Bake for 15 minutes then rotate the pan for another 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Place on a cooling rack and let them cool. Serve warm and top with mushroom gravy.
