White Chocolate Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups

Servings: Approximately 18 Cups
Ingredients
2 Cups White Chocolate
1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1 Cup Jam (the flavor of your choice)
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
Directions:
Place cupcake liners in a cupcake tin and set aside. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 30 seconds, or until melted. Spoon a teaspoon of white chocolate in the bottom of the cupcake liners. Put the tin in the freezer for a couple of minutes to set. Meanwhile, place the peanut butter and the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and melt on high for 30 seconds. Take one teaspoon of the peanut butter in each cup. Make a little well in the center of the peanut butter and spoon in a small amount of jam. Top with white chocolate and let them set and serve.
