Double Stuff (Oreo Banana Ice Cream)

Have I mentioned before that I LOVE ice cream?! Haha! I know, it is an obsession of mine. There are days in the summer when all I want to eat is ice cream. You can see the problem. So I had to get creative. Cue the frozen bananas. Yep, they make a delightful base for every mix-in you can possibly imagine. This time, oreo!

Oreo Banana Ice Cream

Servings: 4 Servings

Ingredients
4 Bananas (peeled, quartered and frozen)
1/2 Cup Oreo Cookies

Directions

1. Make Ahead: Peel and quarter 4 bananas and place in a sealed container and place them in the freezer. If making that day, wait at least 30 minutes before making recipe.

2. Take the bananas out of the freezer 15 minutes before using them.

3. Put the banana pieced into the bowl of your food processor or blender and mix until smooth and bananas are a softer serve consistency.

4. Add the Oreo cookies into the food processor and pulse until the cookies are the desired size.

5. Pour the ice cream into a loaf pan and place in the freezer to set for at least 1 hour.

6. Scoop your ice cream into a bowl and serve!
