Spudtacular (Potato Chip Krispie Treats)

 I L-O-V-E, LOVE rice krispie treats. In fact, most of my freshman year of college was fueled by them. Seriously. They are so easy to make and they are always a crowd pleaser. SO much so that I have taken to making so many variations on this favorite including this one. Yes, it is over the top, and YES it is as delicious as it sounds.

Potato Krispie Treats



























Ingredients
3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 Bag Marshmallows
6 Cups Ruffles Potato Chips - Crushed

Directions

1. Put the butter and marshmallows in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Keep on the heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until melted, then take off the heat immediately. 

3. Fold in the potato chips until all potato chips are coated with the marshmallow mixture. 

4. Pour the mixture into a 9x9 baking sheet and press down with your fingers until evenly distributed. If you hands are sticking to the marshmallow, just wet them a little and you will be good to go!

5. Allow it to cool completely, cut it into squares and serve.

6. Enjoy!
