A-Dough-Rable (Chocolate Chip M&M Skillet Cookie)

I wanted to create a dessert that the entire family would love, adn was easy to make. This cookie cake totally fits the bill! It is fun to make with the kids and it has maximum impact when it comes out of the oven. Trust me it is a crown please every single time!

Chocolate Chip M&M Skillet Cookie

Servings: 8-10 Slices

Ingredients
3 Cups AP Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Kosher Salt
20 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, room temp
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
2 Large Eggs, room temp
2 tsp Vanilla Extract 
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup M&Ms 

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350, and spray a large cast iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Put the butter, sugar, and brown sugar in the bowl of a mixer and mix on medium until the texture is creamy and fluffy about 3-5 minutes.

3. Add one egg at a time and mix until they are fully incorporated.

4. Add the vanilla and combine.

5. Pour in the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until the batter comes together.

6. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms and place the cookie batter in the cast iron skillet pressing it down evenly.

7. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center comes out slightly gooey.

8. Remove the skillet cookie from the oven and let it cool for at least 20 minutes before serving warm or cover with plastic wrap for up to 3 days.
