The main event at a Super Bowl party,
besides the football of course, is the food. With wings, nachos, and a
seemingly never-ending bowl of chips, sweet treats are often neglected. This
year for my Super Bowl party I am making a wicked easy dessert that I know will
be a total crowd pleaser!

Sir, I Want S’more? (one dish s’more casserole)
Ingredients:
1 12 oz bag of semi sweet or milk
chocolate chips OR
1 16 oz bag of Reese’s
Mini Peanut Butter Cups
1 10 oz bag of marshmallows
1 Box of graham crackers
Active
Time: 5 Minutes
In
Active Time: 10 Minutes
Directions:
Turn the broiler on high. Pour the
entire bag of chocolate morsels into a 9 inch pie dish, or brownie pan, or cast
iron skillet, and spread out evenly. If using the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups,
line the bottom of the dish in one layer. Cover the Chocolate with one even
layer of marshmallows – you may half them if you want less marshmallow. Place
in the pan into the oven and set the timer for 5 minutes – it will start to
smell like a campfire in your house – and rotate the dish. Put it back under
the broiler but watch it very carefully for the next 3-5 minutes. When the
marshmallows are perfectly toasted and the chocolate has melted, take the s’mores
out of the oven and let cool for a moment. Meanwhile break the graham crackers
into quarters and serve warm!
